Our company is a brand owner and developer.  We do not own any factory but we are not traders that buy commodities and add a margin.  Our model is to build a long term business selling a brand that we hope will become synonymous with premium quality.  Most companies in the food industry are considered to be meat, or dairy or some other single category of supplier.  Our advantage is, that as an Agricultural Scientist with 37 years of industry involvement and contacts, I am uniquely able to offer any client a broad range of foods and agricultural products under the one brand. 

In many categories, Australia is competing in what has become a "me-too" market, but with a base in dairy products, where quality and safety are more important than just price, we are able to then add other categories to offer a substantial and diversified range.
